Dalia Powers is a Fortune 50 Chief Information Officer with over 20 years of enterprise technology leadership across healthcare, financial services, insurance, and technology. Most recently SVP & CIO of Enterprise Growth, Digital, Data, and Analytics at Humana, she led approximately 2,200 technologists and managed a $370M+ portfolio across digital platforms, data, AI/GenAI, sales, and marketing technology.

She launched Humana's enterprise AI platform, modernized its cloud-native data foundation, rebuilt digital platforms, replaced sales systems, and launched a direct-to-consumer insurance business that exceeded 400% of its first-year sales target — while reducing digital time-to-market by 50%, lowering costs by 40%, and lifting the mobile app rating from 2.6 to 4.7.

Previously, Dalia held senior leadership roles at USAA, Capital One, Dell EMC, CA Technologies, CBRE, Texas Instruments, and IBM.

Anil Solleti is the Founder and CEO of AutoPIL.ai — an AI governance platform that guards agent context and enforces data-access policy at runtime, producing a tamper-evident audit trail of every AI decision — and a Partner at VibrantCapital.ai building and investing in next-generation AI products across industries.

Previously, Anil was Managing Director and Head of Consumer Data at Citibank, where he led global data strategy for Personal Banking and Global Wealth, driving enterprise adoption of Generative AI, MCP-based data retrieval, and Context Engineering. At Verizon he built VZCloud — a Docker-based private cloud serving 60M+ users across 100PB of data — launched one of the first FDA 510K-certified telemedicine platforms, and created FiOS AdVance, generating $100M+ in net new revenue.

Across both companies his teams have delivered $500M+ in measurable business value and been awarded 100+ patents. Anil holds an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business and an MS in Computer Science from UT Arlington.

Dmitri Furman is a senior technology executive with deep experience scaling cloud, AI, and application modernization across some of the world's largest regulated financial institutions. He has held senior leadership roles at Citibank, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, and the Federal Reserve Bank, leading enterprise cloud platforms, AI enablement, mission-critical modernization, and large-scale operating model transformation.

Most recently, he served as Global Head of Public Cloud and Managing Director at Citibank, where he led enterprise cloud strategy and helped scale compliant AI capabilities to more than 175,000 employees globally. At Wells Fargo, he led multi-cloud modernization programs across Azure, Google Cloud, and Tanzu platforms, driving enterprise migration factories and product-centric transformation initiatives.

As a member of the Google Cloud Compute and AI Infrastructure Customer Council, Dmitri brought the operator's perspective on moving AI from pilot to production in highly regulated environments. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Chitra Herle is a technology executive with 25 years of experience building and leading engineering organizations in financial services. She began as a software engineer at Capital One and spent 17 years there, rising to Divisional CIO and leading cloud transformations, platform modernizations, and product launches.

She went on to lead engineering and product teams at CBRE, then served as CIO at Silicon Valley Bank — where she built a 1,000-person global technology organization from the ground up and delivered the digital banking and payments platforms that supported the bank's growth from $70B to over $250B in deposits. Most recently, she served as Global CIO of GM Financial, leading a 2,000-person organization with a $500M+ budget across AI, engineering, infrastructure, data, and product management.

Chitra's background is deeply technical, with hands-on roots in software engineering and architecture. She holds a degree in Computer Science from Mysore University and completed the AI-Driven Leadership program at Stanford GSB.
